In this section copy the information for the same food (as in the previous section) in your table. Compare and contrast the two meals. Would you consider ordering the second meal instead of the first? Why or why not?

Read through the section to see that better choices are available. At the bottom of the page, click on 'Fast Food Finder.' Choose one of the restaurants and research your favorite meal. Compare it to the safe intake of the components that you recorded in your table. Is this a healthy option for your family?

Your Final Product

Your team will present your final product to the class. Your final product will be a 7 day dinner menu complete with a drink for your grandma and little brother. You will not only will you be telling the class about your meal plan but also lots of facts on why these meals are best for granny and little bro. Be sure to include what you will feed them and why (lots of facts and data!). Some sort of visual (a power point for example) must accompany your presentation that demonstrates what you and your family will be eating for an entire week for dinner only (7 dinner meals total). Don't forget to use the rubric on the evaluation page of this web quest as your guide.
